The initial client consultation is a critical phase where we discuss with the client (employer) to comprehensively understand their workforce needs. This involves identifying specific areas within the company experiencing employee shortages. Additionally, we gain insights into the client's expectations for the "ideal candidates" which includes factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. This information is essential for aligning the search process with the client's requirements, ultimately ensuring a suitable pool of candidates to consider.

Leveraging an extensive skilled candidate network in Sri Lanka, we engage in candidate sourcing. We apply screening and filtering mechanisms to shortlist the most suitable candidates based on skills, experience, and other criteria. This tailored approach maximizes the relevance of the candidate pool for the client's needs.

To facilitate candidate selection, we arrange online interviews through Zoom. This step allows the client to virtually interact with potential candidates, enabling a deeper assessment of their skills, personality, and cultural fit. Online interviews provide a more efficient and cost-effective means of narrowing down the candidate list before proceeding to the next stages of the recruitment process.

Our team conducts comprehensive pre-employment assessments to ensure that the candidates possess the necessary skills and qualifications for the specific roles. This includes technical skill evaluations, language proficiency tests, reference checks & police checks. These assessments help validate the candidates' suitability for the roles they are being considered for and minimize the risk of mismatched placements.

Once the selection is finalized, our immigration lawyers support the selected candidates through the visa application process. This involves collaborating with immigration lawyers to ensure that the candidates' visa applications and supporting documents are correctly finalized and compliant with the relevant Australian immigration laws. This assistance reduces the complexities our clients and candidates might face during the visa application process, streamlining their transition to Australia.

Recognizing the challenges of relocating to a new country, we provide pre-departure and post-arrival support to the candidates. Pre-departure orientation equips candidates with essential information about Australian work culture, living conditions, and expectations. Post-arrival support assists candidates in finding accommodation, adjusting to their new environment, addressing any concerns, and ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.

Regular communication and progress checks between the agency, the hired candidates, and the clients are established. Monthly follow-ups allow us to monitor the candidates' performance and assess their adaptation to the company's work environment.
